About the course
What will you achieve?
By the end of the course, you'll be able to:
- Examine the interrelation of entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation within the context of sustainability-focused business ventures, as well as the feasibility of business opportunities through effective decision-making strategies.
- Articulate a compelling value proposition for a sustainability-focused business concept, identifying and addressing the specific needs and challenges of sustainable development.
- Evaluate a business model for a sustainability-focused business, distinguishing it from a business plan, and how to research, refine and evaluate the feasibility of the proposed venture.
- Analyse what are the key components of a one-page business plan for a sustainability initiative and utilise effective communication strategies to present it to investors, customers, and partners.
