This course provides an understanding of cyber resilient culture and how it is constituted within a business context. It specifically looks into how employees’ awareness of cybersecurity and cyber threats could be built as well as how their non-cybersecure behaviour could be changed, both as requirements of a desired cyber culture.

This course has a four-week teaching period requiring a total of approximately 40 hours of learning. All course learning materials are available on demand.

By the end of the course, you'll be able to:

• Research and review sources of specialist human behavioural knowledge relating to cybersecurity, and how these can be applied towards improved cybersecurity resilience
• Interpret, articulate and communicate complex issues relating to building cyber resilience

• Introduction to cyber resilience
• Cybersecurity awareness
• Behavioural aspect of cybersecurity issues
• Organisational culture and affecting change

To be eligible for a digital badge for this course, you will need to successfully complete an assessment which includes:

• Strategies for information security awareness, behaviour and culture change
• The optional assessment is due at the beginning of week 7
