India Bryce began her career as early childhood teacher in independent schools before taking a position as a front-line Child Safety Officer with the Queensland State Government. India is a lecturer of Human Development, Wellbeing and Counselling at USQ, and is a specialist consultant in the field of child maltreatment. She is currently undertaking her PhD, which explores the lived experience of cumulative harm and its influence on career choice.
