This course presents you with frameworks, theories and skills to support you in this transition, as you move from an existing team into a management position. You will also gain an understanding of the behaviours that are common in leaders.

This course has a four-week teaching period requiring a total of approximately 40 hours of learning. All course learning materials are available on demand.

By the end of the course, you'll be able to:

• Accurately summarise and reflect on leadership theories and their value in a given context.

To be eligible for a digital badge for this course, you will need to successfully complete an assessment which includes:

• A leadership analysis
• A presentation for developing leaders
• The optional assessment is due at the beginning of week 7
