This minicourse is about intractable problems, the kind that are persistent, damaging and difficult to resolve. This, course is also then about leadership, as it is people who solve difficult problems, and can also create them

By the end of the course, you'll be able to:
  • Apply specialist leadership knowledge to generate a plan to effectively enable teams and individual performance in the workplace
  • Critically reflect and integrate leader theories that help to build adaptive leader-member relationships

To be eligible for a digital badge for this minicourse, you will need to successfully complete an assessment which includes writing a position description for a manager who can deal with intractable problems and writing an interview scenario for the position.
